AMCN is America’s largest air medical membership network. Even with medical insurance, air medical transport can result in significant out-of-pocket expenses. An AMCN membership ensures no out-of-pocket expenses for medically necessary flights only if flown by an AMCN provider. Membership starts at just $79 per year for your entire household.

Fly-U-Home is an additional must have a membership for our members who travel more frequently. If you're hospitalized 150 nautical miles or more from home, AMCN Fly-U-Home can provide air medical transport to your local hospital of choice back home. You don't have to drive or be stuck in a hospital far away - and you'll have no out-of-pocket expenses in relation to your flight. AMCN members are eligible for a special discounted rate of $140 per year.
