Oklahoma Pedigreed Seed Services is compromised of the Oklahoma Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) and Oklahoma Foundation Seed Stocks (OFSS), located on the Small Grains Agronomy Farm at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. OCIA is the official seed certifying agency for the State of Oklahoma. OFSS is the link between the plant breeding programs at Oklahoma State University and seed producers. It ensures large quantities of genetically pure seeds of a wide variety of desirable varieties are made available to growers of certified seed.
